hmmmm....i got to end up creating a new blogg as, i have totally forgotten my old user name and the password! lame!

well...am having a newblogg but cant really figure out what to put in it...my friends put their great great photos...but i seldom have great photos...what to put huh? any suggestion? please, make sureno lame suggestion yeah....:)

infact, i welome very much those who wish to share their views on "Organization management", i come to understand that in any of the organization, there are will surely problematic staff and lame management, how is it? how to overcome it? what happen?....wel, wana share?
