oh....no.....oh...no.....am feeling so uneasy now! i had done a very bad job last nite in a function. I was asked to chair a dialog held jointly by a local press and a politician last night.
what happened was it, i did the translation( Kantonese into BM and the reverse) badly, i could not even believe that it was my work! oh...no.....i am not a perfect melancholis who want things to be perfectly right but i do give myself certain level of expectation...it was just...embarrasing!
hmmm...guess i got to attend more of those alike events to observe how the chairs carry out their work. Should i be given chances again in the future, i will perform the best.... " I 'll Be Back!"

Speaking of Powerful choleric, there is one whom i know( know her after i finished that book). From her personality, i know for sure that she is Powerful choleric:
1. Walk fast
2. Talk fast
3. Wear simple
4. Bossy
5. Wanting others' to be obedient
6. Control of power
7. Has comment on whatever decision others have made
8. Grabs all workload onto her own self.( no job delegation)
That is the type mentioned in that book i read !well, in order not to trigger conflict with her, the best way is to obey her, but, with certain limit. I have managed to identify myself as powerful choleric cum popular sanguine, thus must becareful in dealing with another pure powerful choleric in workplace.
anyone of you has better suggestion on how to deal with pure powerful choleric?

well, recently i just completed reading a book entitled " PERSONALITY PUZZLE'- piecing togetehr the personalities in your workplace, written by Florence Littauer & Marita Littauer. honestly, the books is great, i was so amazed with the method the authors used to categorize personality, into 4 cateories: Powerful Choleric, Popular Sanguines, perfect Melancholies, Peaceful phlegmatics.
each of the group has unique way to be identified...and, from knowing the details of these personalities, wow...we can roughly tell how the person like and what the person does not like! great huh? any more alike books in the market? please let me know....
